Mind over matter. If I hope hard enough, I'll become a great artist. Who needs skills anyway? I've got a mind full of ideas with a rusted shut valve for releasing them. Maybe I should just break open the vault and let them all loose. In the case that I actually produce something close to being artistic, warn me. If I grow any talent at all, I'd want to be the first to know, then I can... you know... exploit it and use it all before it dries up.
